We're Building the Enterprise Voice OS
Everyone's talking about AI agents. No one's talking about how people should interact with them.
Text boxes. Prompts. Chat interfaces. These aren't natural. They're workarounds.
We've been building AI tools that require humans to adapt to machines. But that's backwards. The most natural interface for humans has always been voice. We've been speaking for 200,000 years. Writing for 5,000. Typing prompts for 2.
Voice is the interface that was always meant to be.
Why We Started with Training
When we founded Lingua, we saw a problem that every enterprise faces: companies invest millions in AI tools, but employees don't use them. The training doesn't work. Generic courses, classroom sessions, forgettable slides.
So we built something different. A voice-first AI coach that teaches people by helping them do their actual job. Personal. Contextual. Effective.
But here's the thing: while building this, we realized something bigger.
When you teach someone to talk to AI, really talk, not type, something shifts. They start using it. Every day. Without thinking about "prompts" or "best practices."
It becomes natural.
That's when we understood: training isn't just our product. It's our wedge into something much larger.
The Path Forward
Training → Tools → Operating System
First, we teach people to talk to AI. That's where we are now, and it's working. Our pilots show 64% daily AI adoption, compared to industry averages of 10-15%. Onboarding time dropped from 3 weeks to 9 days. Tasks that took 2 hours now take 24 minutes.
Next, we give them tools that listen. We've already started with LinguaForms, our platform for conversational forms powered by AI. No more static forms. Just natural dialogue. More tools are in development.
Finally, we build the layer that connects it all. The Enterprise Voice OS.
What This Looks Like
Imagine a sales rep finishing a call and saying: "Update the CRM, send the follow-up, schedule the next meeting." Done.
An HR manager says: "Screen these 150 CVs for the Account Executive role, shortlist the top 10." Done.
A new employee asks: "How do I request time off?" Answered.
No typing. No switching apps. No prompts. You talk. Things happen.
Why Now?
The infrastructure is finally ready. Real-time voice APIs. Foundation models that understand context. Speech-to-speech systems that feel natural.
What was science fiction two years ago is now possible. And we're building it.
This Is What We're Building
Not another AI tool. Not another chatbot.
The voice-native operating system for how companies work.
If you want to be part of this future, let's talk.
